L5LB Series Lever Hoists

Kito's L5LB lever hoists are designed to deliver reliable service for many years and in difficult conditions. Although lightweight and small, the L5 delivers like a heavyweight. At rated capacity, the load-bearing parts are only stressed to 25% of their capacity.

  • Load capacities from 3/4 to 9 metric tonnes: 3/4, 1-1/2, 2-1/2, 3, 6, 9 metric tonnes
  • Test load: 125% of rated capacity
  • Double-reduction gearing
  • Induction-hardened load-bearing parts increase frame rigidity and strength
  • Nickel-plated, heat-treated grade-100 alloy steel (for high, uniform strength) load chain resists corrosion and abrasion
  • Weston-style mechanical brake
  • Failsafe, spring-loaded freewheel delivers quick, easy hook positioning
  • Open load sheave facilitates inspection and cleaning, without disassembly
  • Gears and brake are sealed and so protected from water and dust
  • 360-degree handle rotation: get a grip from any position!
  • Articulating top hook facilitates load centering
  • Conforms to ASME B30.21 safety standard
  • Conforms to ASME HST-3 performance standard.

LX Lever Hoists

Kito's pocket-sized LX Series lever chain hoists permit rapid positioning, fastening, and mooring of light loads, and performs especially well in tight quarters and in elevated locations. Optional carrying case LX003 attaches to belt and protects hoist for storage in a toolbox.
