TCR Series Pneumatic (Air-powered) Chain Hoists

Kito's TCR series of heavy-duty hoists deliver 100% duty cycle hoisting, precise positioning, and are adept at fine feathering movement with precise start and stop. All models are equipped with an external muffler. The TCR's weather-tight construction resists dust, water, and the harshest working environments to deliver dependable performance in the most difficult conditions.

  • Load capacities: 1/4 tonne to 25 tonnes (a tonne is approximately 2,205 pounds)
  • Test load: 125% of rated capacity
  • Operates at 90 PSI air pressure
  • Pendant or cord control
  • Grade 80, heat-treated, case-hardened and nickel-plated alloy steel load chain delivers high, uniform strength and resists abrasion
  • 100% duty cycle multi-vane motor with filter/lubricator installed
  • At rated capacity, the load-bearing parts are only stressed to 20% of their capacity
  • Forged carbon steel hook will not fracture under excessive load
