Cogan Mezzanines are made in Canada and meet the rigid standards of Canada's National Building Code. Safety comes first, and all of Cogan's mezzanines are inspected and approved by a certified structural engineer.

For office space or for storage space (retail or industrial), our mezzanines convert vertical space into usable space without increasing your real-estate footprint and overhead. Elevating your business makes sense and saves money on a grand scale!

All Cogan mezzanines are self-supporting and factory-made, ready for standard or custom installation, with our design assistance and experience to guide you. Verticals can be spaced as much as 20 feet apart and rest on a minimum 1/2-inch thick welded base for uniform weight distribution.

You will receive a design draft that allows you to visualize in detail the effects of your mezzanine expansion. Our experienced installation team is available to complete the installation.
