Modular (Pre-fabricated) Buildings

NRB modular prefabricated buildings are manufactured in controlled conditions, shipped in sections, and assembled on location. The structure is wood and metal, and conforms to Canada's National Building Code. Because they are designed to be transported, these buildings are actually more structurally sound than standard frame-built structures.

Even a custom-made NRB building can be built, delivered, and installed in 25% to 40% of the time that it takes to construct a standard frame building, and with none of the construction noise and dust to disturb your work and your workers.

NRB's quality assurance is more than a program. It is a promise to inspect at every step of the construction of your building to ensure conformtiy to the nation building code and to ensure that the assembly of your building is flawless.

Multi-Industriel's technical representatives will assist you with the development of your pre-fabricated building project and its progress, construction, and installation on your premises, in terms of type and size, plus accessories and configuration options (window types and placement; heating, cooling and ventilation systems (HVAC), etc.).
